How much do you charge?

Pricing depends on the work involved. We provide free estimates for most jobs. For diagnostic work or complex troubleshooting, we charge a diagnostic fee that gets applied toward the repair if you proceed. We'll always give you a clear quote before starting any work.

How long will my repair take?

Turnaround varies by job complexity and our current schedule. Simple repairs might be same-day or next-day. Larger projects like electrical system overhauls or water damage repair can take a week or more. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we quote the work.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes. We can come to marinas, campgrounds, storage facilities, or your driveway. Mobile service works great for many jobs, though some larger projects are better suited to our Columbia shop where we have full facilities.

How far do you travel for mobile service?

We primarily serve Middle Tennessee — roughly an hour radius from Columbia. This includes Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and surrounding areas. For larger projects, we may travel further. Just ask.

What are your hours?

We typically work Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability for mobile service and emergencies. We're flexible and can often accommodate your schedule — just let us know what works for you.

Do you work on all brands?

We work on most RV and boat brands. Our expertise is in electrical systems, leak repair, fiberglass, and general maintenance — these skills apply across manufacturers. If we're not the right fit for your specific issue, we'll tell you.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We can provide estimates for insurance claims and work directly with adjusters on covered repairs like storm damage, collision damage, or water damage. We'll document everything properly for your claim.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. All our work is backed by a workmanship warranty. If something we installed or repaired fails due to our work, we'll make it right. Component warranties vary by manufacturer.

Can I supply my own parts?

In most cases, yes. If you've already purchased components, we can install them. Just know that we can't warranty parts we didn't supply, and we may need to verify compatibility before proceeding.
